14 years ago “after living in Menomonie and Chippewa Falls for short periods of time.” Upon starting her new post, Thiel will undergo some training with four days on the job her first week, Personnel Committee member and alderman Kevin Hendrickson made known. Thiel shared on why she chose to apply for the position she is soon to hold, pending Council approval on Monday December 21, after this paper goes to press.
“I have always had a passion for numbers,” she shared of how she came to the role she will take with the City of Stanley. “I have also been looking for ways to become more involved in the community in which I live. I felt that applying for this position would give me a great opportunity to do both of these things.”
