Noah G. Newswanger, 69, of Stanley, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the Marshfield Medical Center. He was born on September 1, 1952 in Pennsylvania to the late Samuel and Anna (Groff) Newswanger. Noah married Ella Garman who died in 2012. Then, he married Emma Mae (Brubacher) and the couple moved to Wisconsin in 2014. He was a lifelong farmer.
Noah is survived by his wife, Emma Mae, 9 sons, Mervin (Marian), James (Erma), Leroy (Lydia Ann), Eugene (Martha), Noah Jr. (Marlene), David (Ella), Daniel (Mabel) News – wanger all of Stanley, Leon (Susan Fay) Newswanger of Ephrata, PA and Elvin (Lois) Newswanger of Denver, Penn – sylvania, 45 grandchildren, 2 sisters, Ella (Alvin) Brubaker of Denver, PA and Alma (Wal – ter) Martin of Ephrata, PA and one sister in law, Ruth News – wanger of Shippensburg, PA. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Ella and his brother, Edward.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Wednes – day, January 12th at the family home: W11113 Hixwood Road, Stanley. Funeral services will be at 9:30 AM at the Stanley Mennonite Church with burial in the church cemetery. Plombon Funeral Service assisted the family with arrangements.
