A deputy requested assistance in locating tire debris. Upon a search, the debris had already been removed.
12:42 a.m.
Stanley police assisted with a mental health related call on 360th Street north of town. 8:30 p.m.
Stanley Police observed a vehicle parked on the Highway 29 on-ramp going westbound. Upon learning he was tired, the officer advised the driver to move to a less hazardous resting place.
10:08 p.m.
Stanley Police were requested at the West Ninth Avenue apartment complex for a domestic incident.
Nov. 21 1:22 a.m.
Stanley Police conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation on Lincoln Street and Maple Street. The driver, Zachary Soden, was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:34 a.m.
Report was made of a domestic no longer in progress in the 100 block of West Ninth Avenue.
8:37 a.m.
Vehicle lockout. Upon arrival to listed location, lockout waiver form was filled out and the vehicle was unlocked without incident. 6:26 p.m.
Stanley Police were requested to pick up a dog at large at approximately 6:00 p.m. The owner picked up his dog at 7:30 p.m. and paid the required animal reclamation fee. 7:24 p.m.
Stanley Police conducted a traffic stop on South Broadway Street at Industrial Park Drive. As a result of the traffic stop, Justin Gschwind, age 46, as cited for operating while suspended. 9:33 p.m.
Stanley Police conducted a stop for a loud exhaust violation on Maple Street at Washington Street. Cheyenne White, age 22, was cited for non-registration of auto as a result.
Nov. 22 8:35 a.m.
Mark Anderson was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Battery (Simple). He was transported to the Chippewa County Jail and turned over to jail staff without incident.
11:09 a.m.
Assisted Chippewa County Jail with victim notification stemming from an earlier domestic arrest. Victim was notified.
12:59 p.m.
A man reported his vehicle driver’s seat was wet from an unknown source, suspecting the ex-boyfriend of his girlfriend. Incident under investigation.
3:44 p.m.
Mark Anderson arrested for 12 counts of Bail Jumping (misdemeanor) and 12 counts of harassment. He was transported to the Chippewa County Jail without incident.
8:21 p.m.
Request was made for an EMS assist at an unspecified address.
Nov. 23 11:48 a.m.
Stanley Police were requested for an erratic driver on State Highway 29 eastbound. Area was checked and vehicle was not observed.
6:42 p.m.
Police requested for a traffic complaint and report taken.
Nov. 24 8:13 a.m.
A traffic stop was conducted.
10:21 a.m.
Requested for a 911 call at a residence in the 600 block of Gilman Street in the City of Stanley. After making contact it was determined a child was playing with the phone.
12:54 p.m.
Requested to assist the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office with a search warrant. Assistance was given as requested.
2:01 p.m.
Requested to respond to a Stanley business for a man that seemed confused. Contact was made with the family and friends who offered to come and pick him up for transport home.
7:41 p.m.
Police were requested for a miscellaneous complaint and a report taken.
7:46 p.m.
Police were requested for an alarm by TYCO Integrated Security. Report taken.
8:44 p.m.
Police were requested in the 600 block of Emery Street for a stray cat complaint. Report taken.
Nov. 25 6:46 a.m.
A woman reported being prohibited to enter her own apartment by her live-in boyfriend. Both are on the lease. No physical or disorderly conduct behavior reported. The woman requested an officer respond so that she could get some personal belongings. Civil stand-by conducted without incident.
Nov. 26 8:39 p.m.
Stanley Police were called to highway 29 westbound near 345th Street for a car vs. deer crash. The car was drivable with functional damage. A crash report was completed.
Nov. 27 8:53 a.m.
Police were requested for several 911 calls coming from a residence in the Pine Court trailer park. Contact was made and everything determined to be fine.
3:44 p.m.
Police requested for EMS call assist in the City of Stanley. Responded and assisted as needed. 5:54 p.m.
Stanley Police were requested to respond to Fourth Avenue for a mental health related call. A safety plan was put into place.
Nov. 28 4:54 a.m.
Stanley Police were requested to respond to Hansen’s IGA for a report of an active business alarm. The response was cancelled by the alarm company as a false alarm. 9:06 p.m.
Upon completion of a traffic stop Robert Dwyer, age 20, was cited for speeding. 10:04 a.m. Jamie Sonnentag, age 42, was cited for speeding. 10:18 a.m.
A disabled vehicle was located on State highway 29 eastbound near 345th Street. Vehicle was checked and there was no one around the vehicle. Chippewa County notified.
1:25 p.m.
Requested to respond to the area of Janicki Road and Maple Street for a hunting and possible trespass complaint. Individuals were located and warned.
11:14 p.m.
Stanley Police conducted a traffic stop in the City of Stanley. Jason Cozza, age 48, was cited for Operating after Revocation.
Nov. 29 10:59 a.m.
Stanley Police requested by Clark County to assist with making contact with someone in the city of Stanley.
2:37 p.m.
Traffic stop conducted for a moving violation.
