Helping prevent winter fish kills from low oxygen but also posing a hazard to be aware of, the aerators are operating on Chapman Lake just south of the campground. Aerators are active as well on Otter Lake, in two locations. The first is by the county day use park and the second is on Otter Lake’s south end, northwest of the boat landing. Ice fishers and snowmobilers should be cautious in their immediate vicinity.
