The Oriole varsity spikers met Elk Mound at home Tuesday, Oct. 7, defeating the Mounders 3-1 over four sets, the scores being 25-15, 25-13, 23-25, and 25-16.
Headed to Thorp Thursday, Oct. 9, the team won 3-0, with scores of set scores of 25-11, 25-8, and 25-7.
Orioles Head Varsity Volleyball Coach Karley Wiensch shared that the team took second for conference.
“We took second behind McDonell,” she said. The Orioles played Owen-Withee Tuesday at Stanley-Boyd after press time.
