The public hearing on a proposed bike trail to run from Chapman Park to Oriole Park is set for a public hearing date of February 21 at 6 p.m., with the hearing to take place at the Stanley Fire Station at 239 E. First Avenue. The proposed trail involves closing parts of Eighth Avenue, Park Avenue, and Sixth Avenue to parking along the side of the road that cars drive on. See you at the meeting.
