Meeting called to order by President Geist at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call: Robert Geist, Gwen Krizan, Sarah McQuillan, Casey Dorn present Guest: Louis Eslinger, Tom Grünewald, Joe Back, Bob La-Marche Agenda: Motion by Geist seconded by McQuillan to approve agenda as presented. Motion carried. Minutes: Motion by Krizan seconded by Dorn to approve minutes as presented. Roll call vote, all ayes, motion carried. Financial Reports: Motion by Krizan seconded by McQuillan to approve financial reports as presented. Roll call vote, all ayes, motion carried.
Resignation: Motion by Dorn seconded by Krizan to accept Officer Kevin Hagmann resignation as of September 1, 2021. Roll call vote, all ayes, motion carried.

Meeting called to order by President Robert Geist at 6:30 p.m.
Roll Call: Robert Geist, Casey Dorn, Gwen Krizan, Sarah McQuillan present Guest: Bob LaMarche, Louis Eslinger Agenda: Motion by Dorn seconded by McQuillan to approve agenda as presented. All ayes, motion carried.
Hydrant: Motion by Geist seconded by Krizan to approve Haas Sons Inc installing hydrant on Michaels Street at a cost of $12,920.00. Roll call vote, all ayes, motion carried.
T-Ball Field: Motion by Geist seconded by Dorn to authorize park department head, McQuillan to use at her discretion $5000.00 of village funds. Roll call vote, all ayes, motion carried.
Disbursements: Motion by Krizan seconded by McQuillan to approve paying of disbursements as presented. Roll call vote, all ayes, motion carried.
Closed Session: Motion by Geist seconded by Dorn to convene into Closed Session per ss 19.85(1 )(c) Considering Employment, Promotion, Compensation or Performance Evaluation Data of Any Public Employee Over Which the Governmental Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility: To Discuss Police Department. All ayes, motion carried.
