The Stanley-Boyd area will have All Americans wrestlers coming to the area from June 21st through June 24th to help run a camp on wrestling, open to wrestlers from grades Kindergarten through 12th grade.
The announcement, made to the Stanley-Body/O-W Wrestling Club Facebook page, makes it known that Evan Wick, Steven Buchanan, Teyon Ware and Keegan O’Toole will be coming to help local wrestlers improve their technique. With dates to be finalized soon, those with questions should send an email to [email protected] or else [email protected] s-bschools.org, the posting says. So who are the names helping out this summer at Stanley- Boyd’s wrestling camp?
Wrestling for the Wisconsin Badgers, Evan Wick is also an Olympic Trials 3rd place finisher, and 4th ranked in the entire United States.
The three-time All American and two-time Academic All Big Ten Wrestler will be coming to Stanley-Boyd June 21.
For June 22 and 23, Steven Buchanan and Teyon Ware will be coming to town. Buchanan is a wrestler for the Wyoming Cowboys as well as a four-time Cloverbelt All Conference winner, while Ware is an assistant wrestling coach for the Wyoming Cowboys and World Team member for USA, as well as a Pan-American Bronze Medalist.
Closing out the list of notable names for the local wrestling camp is Keegan O’Toole, a wrestler for the Missouri Tigers and a Fargo National Champion, among many other accomplishments.
