S.C. Swiderski, LLC is excited to bring quality housing to the City of Stanley. We have been working with the city since 2019 on the potential development of 28 acres on Pine St. We appreciate the support of the City and their participation in this project.
The project will consist of 48 apartment homes with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. Our team has completed extensive market research to determine the appropriate building type and unit mix that’s most needed in the community. Our apartments feature private entrances, balcony or patio, in-unit washer and dryer, appliances, and garage stall. Our rent rates include hydronic heat, water, cable, and high-speed internet as well as trash and snow removal, plus lawn care. Our tenants only pay the electric bill and love the convenience of inclusive rent.
Construction of the project is already underway, with the first building antici – pated to open in the Spring of 2022. S.C. Swiderski Construction will be the general contractor for the project and the apartments will be managed by the property management division of S.C. Swiderski.
