American Legion Post 112

The Stanley Posts of the American Legion and VFW along with the Boyd Post of the American Legion are busy planning the 22nd annual 9-Pin tap tournament. Bowlers will be competing at Tolley's Bowl and Bar in Boyd, WI on March 11, 12, and 13. The top 5 bowlers will receive cash prizes. If a 300 game is rolled a prize will be given. During the tournament raffles will be held for prizes which have been donated by our local merchants. There will be special raffles for two bowling balls and a fish – ing pole. The American Legion and VFW post in Stanley and Boyd hold this tournament yearly to help support scholarships for graduating seniors in the Stanley-Boyd school system and the two Legion Posts also support American Legion baseball team. The American Legion baseball season returned this past year after a long period on non-participation in league play. Please contact Jeff at Tolley's Bowl and Bar to sign up to bowl in the tournament.
