Stanley-Boyd alumna named to State FFA Officer Board

Stanley-Boyd FFA alumna Taniele Ducommun has been named as a Wisconsin State FFA officer.
Ducommun graduated with the Class of 2024 and was recently elected to serve as a 2025-2026 State FFA Officer at the 96th Annual Wisconsin FFA Convention in Madison, Wisconsin. Over the next year she will help to lead the Wisconsin Association of FFA of over 27,000 members, conduct over 100 workshops, and continue to advocate for agriculture. A press release put out by the Wisconsin FFA Convention shared more:
Taniele Ducommun of the Stanley-Boyd FFA Chapter was elected to a year of service as the 2025-2026 Section Two State FFA Officer during the 96th Wisconsin FFA Convention. Her advisor is Jordan Donnerbauer. Taniele’s parents are Staci and Chad Ducommun.
Ducommun will continue attending the University of Wisconsin - River Falls, studying Agriculture Education in the fall. At college, Ducommun is active in the Agricultural Education Society and Sigma Alpha. One day she plans to become an agricultural educator and FFA advisor in Northwestern Wisconsin.
During her time as an FFA member, Ducommun has made the most of each moment by getting involved in a variety of experiences. She has benefited from FFA because it was where she found the place she belonged. Serving as her chapter president, Ducommun said, was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences the organization brought her. However, out of all the experiences, Ducommun says that the most impactful decision she made was joining the National FFA Organization.
Outside of FFA, Ducommun states that college is what has best prepared her to serve Wisconsin FFA. The experiences Taniele gained from college allowed her to learn more about herself, which will aid in her impact as a Wisconsin FFA Officer.
Through her year of service, Ducommun wants to encourage Wisconsin FFA members to find their place in FFA. “Once I found FFA, competed in competitions, and attended leadership conferences, I finally found a place to be myself,” stated Ducommun. Taniele is excited to cheer on FFA members as they follow their dreams and find their places.
