Fall is here and it’s time for the next Stanley-Boyd Community Red Cross Blood Drive Friday, October 16, 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Stanley. Be one of those donors who help put blood on the shelves!

Due to the COVID-19, donors are reminded that walk-ins may not be accepted unless there is an open slot at the time they walk in. Openings happen only when there are cancellations, no shows, or deferrals. Donors may come in that day to check if there are any open times and then come back at that time. Masks will be required for this drive so donors are asked to wear their own mask or one will be provided at the door.

Donors who already have appointments are asked to please make every effort to keep the appointment, but if you need to change or cancel it, please contact Donella at the number below so the slot can be filled.

All early appointment times are filled at the time of this writing, but there are a very few later appointment times left so be sure to call or go on line and make an appointment as soon as possible. Appointments can be made by calling Donella Christianson at 715-644-3638 or online at redcrossblood.org.

Help someone less fortunate, someone who depends on you, the healthy blood donor, to be able to continue to enjoy life. Donate blood on October 16.
