There still is a critical need for blood, so if you haven’t scheduled your appointment yet, do it today. The next upcoming Stanley- Boyd Community Red Cross Blood Drive will be Thursday, June 2, 12 to 6 pm at the Stanley Community Center in Chapman Park. You may make an appointment by calling Donella Chris- tianson at 715-644-3638, online by going to redcrossblood.org, type in 54768, then lick on "Make an Appointment", or call the Red Cross at 1-800-733-2757. Slots are filling up fast!
Masks are no longer required, but social distancing is still be ing used at blood drives.
Patients who need blood on a regular basis due to a disease, depend on you, the healthy donor to help them to be able to con- tinue enjoying life. The weather is finally warming up which means more people want to get out and enjoy it. The need is constant and the gratification is instant. Please take time to make an appointment to donate blood on Thursday, June 2.
