Don’t wait, give blood at the Stanley-Boyd Community Red Cross Blood Drive on March 7 at the Stanley Community Center in Chapman Park. The situation is dire and the Red Cross is issuing a plea for all eligible donors to make an appointment to give blood.
There are still a few available appointment times available, so please call Donella Christianson at 715-644-3638 and make your appointment now. You may also make an appointment online or by calling the Red Cross at 1-800-733-2767.
Walk-ins will be accepted if there is an open slot when you walk in or, if there are open slots later, you may schedule a time on-line and come back then to donate blood.
Someone you know or a loved one may need blood at this very critical time, so take the time to donate blood and help replenish the blood supply. You are needed. Many patients need blood on a regular basis and they depend on you to have that blood available when they need it. Can they count on you?
The need is constant and the gratification is instant. Donate blood on March 7.
