Stanley-Boyd School was a busy place on May 10th. The day’s festivities started off with the Senior and Kindergarten Graduate Parade where 2024 Senior Graduates walked the halls of Stanley-Boyd for one final time as students alongside graduating Kindergarteners whose school career was just beginning. Strolling through to the cheers of teachers, staff and fellow students, the graduates of all ages were beaming with smiles, and made memories that they will remember for years to come.
In the high school gym sixty kindergarten graduates nervously walked the large stage where smiles broke through their faces as they spotted their family members. Attendees clapped and cheered proudly as kindergarten teacher Elizabeth Esslinger spoke on the growth and accomplishments of the kindergarten students throughout the year. Credit was also due to the amazing Stanley-Boyd teachers whose hard work and dedication helped to make those accomplishments possible. The graduates brought some color to the stage as they celebrated by enthusiastically singing and showing off their dance moves under the direction of Elementary Music Teacher, Hannah Deyoung.
Congratulations to the future Stanley-Boyd Class of 2036!
