Natalie Woodie Natalie has been showing her discussion skills. When she and her partner disagreed on an answer to a question, I heard her explain to her partner why she believed that she was right, and then listen respect-fully while he explained why he thought he was right. They then continued to discuss the problem until they reached an answer that they both felt was right. Awesome job, Natalie!4th Grade SOAR

Samuel Nitz Sam has taken charge of his own learning this year. He asks questions when he doesn’t understand things. He sets goals for himself and works to achieve them. I am very proud of his hard work. Sam is also a great friend in the classroom. When another student has an accomplish-ment, Sam is always there to congratulate them. When an-other student needs help with something, Sam will always try to help them. Way to go Sam!3rd Grade SOAR
