Stanley-Boyd Top Ten announced for Class of 2026

Stanley-Boyd Schools has announced the Top Ten seniors for 2026.
Chosen by GPA, the Top Ten students at Stanley-Boyd in class order are Adeline Peterson, Grace Schmidt, Gavin Siverling, Jaden Pennala, Jade Broughton, Eli Lilla, Caroline Johnson, Kira Lato, Alissa Messing, and Stefan Liang. With graduation arriving Friday, May 22 to Stanley-Boyd and a rain date of Saturday, May 23, these are the Top Ten for Stanley-Boyd.

Adeline Peterson
Adeline Peterson is valedictorian of this year’s class and the daughter of Hope Elmhorst and Tony Peterson. Adeline’s clubs and honors beyond valedictorian include student council, FFA, NHS, JAG Edson Hilltop 4-H, and band. Her future plans are to attend the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse to become a physician assistant

Grace Schmidt
Grace Schmidt is salutatorian of this year’s class and the daughter of Sarah and Ken Schmidt. She is active in girl’s golf, archery, and track and field. Clubs and honors for Schmidt include FFA, FCCLA, FBLA, art club, choir, band, drama club, Be a Buddy, FCA, Forensics, JAG, Math Team, NHS, and Student Council. Her future plans include majoring in agricultural education at UW-River Falls and becoming an Ag teacher.

Gavin Siverling
Next in the Top Ten for Stanley-Boyd is Gavin Siverling. Siverling is the son of Lisa and Joey Siverling. His clubs and honors at Stanley-Boyd include art club ( secretary), JAG (secretary), math team, and FFAs. Gavin’s has been accepted into Princeton University with plans to major in Civil and Environmental Engineering

Jaden Pennala
Also in the Top Ten at Stanley-Boyd is Jaden Pennala, daughter of Karen and Wayne Gadke. Jaden’s clubs and honors include NHS, FCCLA, FFA, and JAG, with future plans to attend UW-Stout and major in family consumer science

Jade Broughton
Jade Broughton is next for the Top Ten. Jade’s parents are Alissa and Art Broughton. Clubs and honors at Stanley-Boyd include FCCLA, pep club, and the Academic Excellence Banquet. Jade’s future plans are to attend CVTC for Nursing

Eli Lilla
Also in the Top Ten for the S-B Class of 2026 is Eli Lilla, son of Michael and Samantha Lilla. Lilla has been active in athletics at Stanley-Boyd, with sports including cross country and golf. Clubs and honors for Lilla at Stanley-Boyd include archery, trap, FFA, FBLA, math team, student council, and NHS. Lilla’s future plans are to attend St. Mary’s University of Minnesota for pre-med biology.

Caroline Johnson
Former Miss Stanley Caroline Johnson is also in the Top Ten for the Class of 2026. The daughter of Dave and Becca Johnson, Caroline’s clubs and honors at Stanley-Boyd include Student Council President, JAG State President, Yearbook FBLA, FFA, NHS, drama club, choir, ECCT, and academic honor roll. her future plans are to attend UW-LaCrosse for elementary education!

Kira Lato
Kira Lato is next for the Stanley-Boyd Top Ten. The daughter of Jackie and Igga Lato is active in choir, band, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, math team, drama club, student council, and yearbook. Lato’s future plans are to study psychology with a minor in music at Gustavus Adolophus College.

Alissa Messing
Next for the Top Ten is Alissa Messing, daughter of Eric Messing. Clubs and honors for Messing include drama club, student council, yearbook, JAG, and academic honor roll. Messing’s future plans include attending the University of Minnesota to study psychology.

Stefan Liang
Stefan Liang is in the top ten for Stanley-Boyd. The son of Xuiling Lin, Stefan has been active in sports including basketball and wrestling. Stefan is on student council, with future plans to attend CVTC for welding.
