Taking to the volleyball court at Thorp Tuesday, Sept. 12, the Oriole varsity spikers came away with a 3-0 over the Cardinals, marking their first conference win this year just ahead of debut at home against McDonell on Sept. 19.
With the three match scores Sept. 12 being 25-16, 25-19, and 25-16 for the win, Orioles head coach Karley Wiensch shared her thoughts on the night’s outcome.
“The win against Thorp was a great first conference win!” She said over the weekend. “Hopefully the win will build up our confidence for the start of a tough week with McDonell and Cadott both at home this week.”
