Submitted by Jack Leja With plowing season just getting underway in the Stanley-Boyd area, a recent announcement has just been received on the 2021 Stanley Truck/Tractor Pull in June: it’s on!
“The 2021 Stanley Truck/Tractor Pull is in the works. There are still a lot of things to be done down at the park. Hopefully the new building and landscape will be done by June 12th at 7:00 p.m.
It takes a lot of effort to get things ready for the pull that night. Putting up all the fencing, getting and setting up bleachers and picnic tables, picking rock on the track, and getting people to do” all this on their own time. Also getting all the machinery and drivers to be there to take care of the track that night. Then there’s the takedown and cleanup afterward. Return the bleachers, take down the fence and recover the track for the next Rodeo Antique Pull weekend. Thanks to all our great sponsors from all these years we have a good-sized payout to attract good pullers.
They will be announced that night sever- See TRACTOR PULL, Page 3

al times and also earlier in the local papers.
This will be a points pull for all the Midstate pullers and a couple of classes from N.E.W. pullers from over in eastern Wisconsin.
If you, your family, or group would like to be part of this event before, during, and after please do a contact with us (the Tractor/ Truck Pull organizers), the help is much needed. Also all of the vendors are not charged to be there, they can give a donation to the Pull if they would like to. The proceeds after expenses goes to the park fund, police, fire, and ambulance services. We keep enough to get going next year.
It's going to be a loud and smokey night on June 12th! Bring earplugs for the young ones! Seven classes that night, all pullers have to be hauled in, these are not street or field usage vehicles.”
Going on, the release lists the different weight classes, as follows:
