Apr. 19 8:12 a.m.
A case involving a young person was logged. Report to follow. 11:00 a.m.
A 911 misdial came in from the direction of the Stanley- Boyd School District. Upon call back the Chippewa County Sheriff’s officer made contact with a man who stated that the call had been accidental and that everything was fine. Officer responded to the school and spoke to staff who stated that everything was fine and that there was nothing to report.
11:55 a.m.
Report made of a suspicious white truck driving up and down Maple Street on the west side of town. It was determined to be a Mahr’s Farm employee who was helping with running manure lines for spreading on the field around the caller’s home. Nothing suspicious was observed.
7:37 p.m.
Stanley Police were called to assist with a racoon in a storm drain. The animal was gone on arrival.
Apr. 20 6:16 a.m.
An EMS call came in for a man who was having trouble breathing in the 200 block of East Third Avenue in Stanley. Boyd EMS and Stanley first responders arrived, with the Stanley officer providing assistance until no longer needed.
