Stanley Police received a complaint of a theft from a vehicle. Incident under investigation.

3:35 p.m.

Requested to assist the Chippewa County Sheriff’s Department with an accident on STH 29 near CTH G. Responded and assisted as needed.

January 19 1:39 a.m.

Police requested for a possible child neglect case. Report taken.

2:16 p.m.

Stanley Police were requested for a white van driving erratically oil STH 29. Unable to locate.

3:32 p.m.

Stanley Yarbough, age 69, was arrested on charges of domestic disorderly conduct and simple battery as the result of a check person complaint.

6:58 p.m.

Police requested for a business alarm of unknown address.

January 20 11:26 a.m.

Landlord located some property in a rental that was accidentally left behind by previous tenants. Contact was made with the tenants and arrangements have been made for them to pick up the items at the police department. The items were picked up and a property form signed and attached to the case.

4:56 p.m.

Officer received a phone call regarding a barking dog located in the area of 6th Avenue and Emery Street. Upon arrival officer rolled down the squad windows and drove around the block but did not observe a dog barking.
