Trick or Treat will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Halloween this year in Stanley, following a vote at the Monday Sept. 19 regular council meeting.
“My biggest thing is coordinating it with what they do in Boyd for staffing,” police chief Lance Weiland shared of his main concern with regard to the annual trick or treat. The Boyd Village Board plans to address trick or treat hours for the village at its Oct. 10 meeting.
