Once again, the Boyd Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting area children and their families to come and spend some time with Santa, Mrs. Claus and his jolly elf! This year the event will take place on Sunday, December 14 from 11:30-2:00 in the basement of St Joseph’s church on Patten Street in Boyd. In addition to visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus and receiving a goodie bag, kids and their families will be able to decorate cookies and enjoy some delicious hot chocolate. They’ll have an opportunity to do some Christmas crafts, get a Christmas tattoo, color a Christmas picture, and sign up for a free drawing. There will also be a photo backdrop with photo taking available. And as in past years, there will be free horse drawn wagon rides through Boyd which will run from noon to 2pm. Pick up and drop off for the rides will be in the church parking lot.
Everyone is welcome so mark your calendars now for this fun event in Boyd!
