Team Aubree’s 4th Annual Swinging Memories for Aubree softball tournament got underway on Friday August 9th with Aubree’s siblings Raeleigh Graham, Jaxon and Gannon LeTendre throwing out the first pitch. Three games were played Friday night under the lights. Saturday games continued with the first pitch being thrown out by Maverick Schwartz -belonging to family on Horst Stables team first thing in the morning along with a wide variety of basket raffles, a children’s raffle along with food & drinks. There were two bean bag tournaments that took place, one for children 12 and under and the other for all ages. Finishing Saturday night out with music from Knuckle Sammy, Home Run Derby – winner Grady Kroeplin, and lighting up the sky with lanterns in memory of lost loved ones. Sunday started with Parker Bates and Bridget Bonick throwing the first pitches to kick off the final day with more games and fun for all, Charcoal chicken meals, raffle basket winners were drawn and Aimee’s Double D’s taking the Championship. Second place went to Team Aubree, third place went to Cindy’s and fourth place went to Horst Stables.
Thank you to everyone that participated and joined us for an amazing weekend. The money we raised will go to the MDA, Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee, Ronald McDonald House, and area local families. This is what the weekend is all about!
