Booked at the Clark County Jail that morning to await a bail/bond hearing, Charged with four separate counts related to Possession of Methamphetamine 961.41(3g)(g); Possession of THC 961.41(3g)(e); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 961.573(1) and Bail Jumping 946.49 (1)(b), Parker appeared in court via ZOOM from the Clark County Jail pro se (by himself) on February 4 at 1:12 p.m., being advised of his right to an attorney and then scheduled for an initial appearance on 8:45 a.m. on February 25, 2021 in Room 401 of the Clark County Courthouse, at 517 Court Street in Neillsville, Wisconsin. Conditions of Parker’s $1,500 signature bond include not being in the presence or possession of drugs or drug paraphernalia, and to not consume any medication or drug except as prescribed by a licensed Wisconsin medical professional, these being taken solely as prescribed.

As to the nose behind it all, K9 Officer Trey was not available for comment, though we’ve heard him bark. Don’t bring his nose your way!
