Arriving Monday morning at Chapman Park, the pre-fabricated walls for the new Community Center are now on site, thanks to River City Transport out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, if the truck cab means anything.
Replacing the former Rod and Gun building that collapsed under heavy snow, the new Community Center uses many unique and special materials, with a mandatory posted sign just off camera left announcing help from the state government in making the $1.362 million project a reality. Stay tuned for further developments.
