Local delegates found themselves up front at the Department of WI American Legion Auxiliary (ALA) Convention in Green Bay. Joan Chwala (Boyd Unit 326) was this year’s Honored Past Department President, presented by Virignia Kodl (Thorp Unit 118).
Teresa Isensee (Boyd Unit 326) served on the Distinguished Guest Committee, Christina Petranovich (Thorp Unit 118) was on stage serving as Department of WI Second Vice President, Theresa Schindler (Lublin Unit 547) was honored as District 11 President, and Diane Weggen (Thorp Unit 118) spoke about the state Education Program.
Isensee was awarded Past Presidents Parley 2025 “Mentor of the Year”. Petranovich was elected Department of WI 2025-2026 First Vice President. Schindler will serve as District 11 2025-2026 President. Weggen will serve as Department Past Presidents Parley 2025-2026 Chairman.
