Congratulations to Stanley-Boyd High School ju – nior Bridget Bowe who was recently selected as one of the Wisconsin State Senate Scholars. The State Senate Scholars Program is a highly-competitive week-long educational experience created by the Wisconsin State Senate. Only one exceptional high school student is se – lected per senate district. Bridget will head to Madison in January to meet and work with legislative staff as well as faculty members from the University of Wis – consin while getting a hands-on learning experience in the legislative process. She will also have the opportu – nity to meet Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers and the Wisconsin Supreme Court as well as sit in on senate sessions. Her week will conclude with Bridget prepar – ing testimony for a mock hearing. We are very proud of Bridget's accomplishments and wish her the best as she prepares to head down to Madison!
