Coming to Boyd Sunday, Dec. 15 from 2 to 4 p.m., Santa and crew held court at the Boyd Legion Hall, with games and coloring among the activities, alongside free cookies and hot chocolate.
Sponsored by the Boyd Area Chamber of Commerce, the annual event also included sleigh rides, with Kevin Frese taking attendees around town in a real horse drawn sleigh, the runners aided by wheels for lack of snow.
Attended as well by Miss Boyd Syleen Seichter, the annual event saw a strong early crowd before quieting down after 3 p.m., each attendee receiving a bag of goodies to take home as well
