At the Town of Delmar board meeting held on July 14, officials discussed several agenda items, including road maintenance plans for the coming season. The board reviewed two bids for chip sealing work—one from Farner Asphalt Sealers of Plover, Wisconsin, totaling $52,214.00, and another from Scott Construction, based in Wisconsin Dells, with a total bid of $63,279.00. After reviewing the proposals, the board voted to accept the lower bid submitted by Farner Asphalt Sealers. This project will help maintain and extend the life of town roads. The next regular Town of Delmar meeting is scheduled for August 18 at 8 p.m.
