Last month the Stanley Le gion and VFW hosted a Pizza Party/Membership Drive for local Veterans. House and Sytesvich attended and were sworn in at the next monthly Legion meeting. “We have many fundraising events planned for the summer. Membership has a direct correlation to the success of these events. The local Legion Post is proud to give back and support our community” said Wozniak.
Memorial Stone Dedication, 9 pin tap, Truck Pull, Ro- deo raffle tickets and Brat Fry fundraisers are just some of the upcoming events. These will also be posted on the Victo- ry American Legion Post 112 Facebook page. Veterans wanting more information are encouraged to attend monthly meetings held the 2nd Tuesday of the month, 6:30pm at 402 N Broadway St.
