The Orioles cross country teams turned in another set of great performances at the Colby Invite on Saturday, September 6th. This week they faced off against many of the best teams in the Conference and finished third for boys and second for girls. “It was a great second race. Almost everyone improved their time from last week to today. Our teams are competing hard and working hard in practice too,” coach Nick Mahr commented, “We faced some tougher teams this week. McDonell, Colby, and Regis are always among the top teams in the conference and we were right there with them. It’s nice to see how we stack up against some of the best in the Cloverbelt.”
Top finishers for the Orioles were John Smit, 6th for boys and Haylee Shakal, 4th for girls. Full race results can be found at PTtiming.com.
