Players from the Oriole Diamond Club were recognized as the "Youth Team of the Game" at the Eau Claire Express game on June 8. The young athletes—ranging from T-ball to Pony League players up through 8th grade—took part in on-field games, joined the Express players for the National Anthem, and were greeted with high fives and smiles. Each participant also received a hat and free ice cream from Culver’s. The Oriole Diamond Club, launched this year by Craig Luzinski and Cory Kimball, celebrates the dedication and enthusiasm of Stanley-Boyd’s youth baseball players. For more information on the Oriole Diamond Club, email the club at OrioleDiamondClub@gmail.com.
