Four local area bar establishments in Stanley began their second annual bean bag league on May 16. Reclaimed Tavern, The Twilite Zone, Debbie’s on Broadway and Stanley Bar and Bowl sponsored the entrance fee for all of the teams and host the weekly event where fourteen teams compete on Thursdays. “We just have some fun,” comments Debbie Haas, owner of Debbie’s on Broadway who mentions that the league will continue through August 29.
