Just this past month on July 16th, Girl Scout Troop 3475 made a donation to the Stanley Police Department.
Led by Liza and Kate Bourget, the Girl Scouts received monetary donations during their cookie booths this past season, and decided that the Stanley Police Department might appreciate some cookies, totaling three cases or 36 packages in all.
“The girls decided to use that money to buy cookies for the officers to show their support for all they do in keeping our community safe,” Troop 3475 co-leader Liza Bourget shared recently. “Girl Scouts make the world a better place and so do our officers.
The donation is to the department generally, with the cookies delivered to the department
