At the March 13th meeting, the Town of Thorp board members voted to allow Brad Mathison of Mathison Realty and Services to appraise the current Town of Thorp Hall and 1.99 acres of land at a cost of $200 for an estimate of what the property is worth.
After lengthy discussion, the board members motioned and agreed to hire Delmore Consulting, owned and operated by Jeff Delmore, to locate and map culverts in the Town of Thorp at no cost to the Town of Thorp for the culvert inventory program.
Kodl said, “They come out, they map it, find it, measure them, map it and they send us a map.”
He added, “It ain’t gonna cost us nothing, we’re not gonna make nothing. They’ll send us a report.”
