Services offered at Healthstyles Medical Clinic include physical exams, urgent visits, lab testing, DOT exams, and WIAA Sports Physicals, along with vitamins, supplements, and come essential oils.
The cash based healthcare provider is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and can be reached by phone from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday.
