The Stanley Republican is publishing the community’s first-ever Salute to Service special publication.
Salute to Service will be included with the Nov. 9 edition of the Stanley Republican, in honor of Veterans Day, which is commemorated Nov. 11.
The Stanley Republican is asking for photos of local veterans for this project. Please see the notice on Page 3 of this newspaper for information on mailing or emailing veteran photos.
The Salute to Service is a tribute to our local veterans who have given so much for our country. The special publication will also include feature articles on local veterans and information on local veterans’ organizations.
