Winger Construction hosts ribbon cutting

Winger Construction just hosted a ribbon cutting on its new building this past Saturday. Located at 1418 Pine Street in Stanley’s East Business Park, the new building and showroom represents the culmination of a dream that the Wingers have had for some time.
With those in attendance including the likes of Stanley Mayor Mike Henke, Stanley Area Chamber and Clark County Economic Development Corporation representatives as well as business employees and family, Winger shared some remarks prior to the ribbon cutting.
“Thank you for coming first off there’s always been a dream and shopping in office,” Winger said. “I’ve been wanting to get this for years and years and years and I’ve been doing this on the back of my bedroom and one of my bedrooms in my house. A little 10 by 12 room and my whole 30 by 30 shed and all the years that we’ve had to move trailer after trailer to get to something else and in order to possibly just to get a trailer out to go to work. Or when you couldn’t even get out of the yard because of so much snow and everything just congested. It’s just really nice to be in town and have a place that I can separate work and family. I got my best man, that’s my lead foreman. A really great friend that works for me. And even an old friend is new and my little youngest man, and now my son has come to work for me. Just it’s a family centered business that I look forward to being able to serve the community for as long as God loves me. So thank you guys for the support. Thank Lord and thank my family and friends. And just thank you very much.”:
And with that, the ribbon was cut.
