Otter Lake Booster Club Charcoal Chicken Dinner raises over $10,000

The 44th Annual Otter Lake Booster Club Benefit July 20 raised just over $10,000 for Otter Lake Improvements. A total of 507 meals were served, with 56 volunteers working to set up the event Saturday, and then at the event Sunday.
Diane Weggen shared more on how things had gone the Otter Lake Booster Club Charcoal Chicken Dinner.
“We had the perfect weather for the Otter Lake Booster Club Benefit and ended up with just over $10,000!” she said. “Our upcoming project is the installation of an accessible fishing dock at the Day Use Park. If we receive the grant we've applied for and have some assistance from Chippewa County, we need an additional 10 to 14 thousand dollars for this project. Thus, this $10,000 is perfect.”
Total Dollars given out at the event was $6,060, with 2025 Raffle Winners were as follows:
