Heading into regional tournament play next week, the third ranked Oriole boys varsity is due to face Winneconne at Stanley-Boyd Tuesday, Feb. 27 at 7:00 p.m., the game winner to play Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau March 1 at Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau. A crossover game prior to this against Owen-Withee is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 22, with game start at 7:15 p.m.
Looking back over the season, the Oriole boys varsity stands at 6 -3 in its record for home games, with 5 - 8 away. The overall record not counting neutral games is 11 - 11, with in conference play at 9 - 6. The team looks to graduate five seniors this year, leaving five juniors to potentially return next year, along with four freshman varsity players.
