The Stanley-Boyd Community Red Cross Blood Drive is coming up fast on Thursday, May 9, 12 to 6pm at the Stanley Community Center in Chapman Park.
Patients still need to continue receiving blood and blood products on a regular basis in order to be able to enjoy the beautiful summer weather that is just around the corner. They depend on you, the healthy blood donor.
This blood drive is in May instead of June this year, making it easier for donors to take time to donate before school is out and summer activities begin. Please make your appointment today by calling the Red Cross at 1-800-733-2767, visit RedCrossBlood.org, or Donella Christianson at 715-644-3638. There are still lots of open times so call now before they are filled. We need to have all slots filled to ensure that we meet or exceed the goal.
